DELIVERY INFORMATION
All UK delivery/shipping is by Royal Mail Signed for 1st Class which aims to deliver your parcel the next working day. Orders received before 10am Mon – Sat will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 10am will be dispatched on the next working day.
All overseas delivery/shipping is with international parcel force with a delivery expectation of 3 – 5 working days. We appreciate that it’s more costly to ship our Smooth Gorilla product overseas (sorry about that). So we’re working on more efficient ways to get our product to you. Stay tuned for more info coming soon. Having a hairy back is nothing to be ashamed of however sometimes you don’t want everyone knowing your business. Therefore, our packaging is plain and discreet so no one need know what you’ve ordered.
